What do I need to provide before my project starts?

To keep your project moving smoothly, you'll need to provide your branding assets (logo, colours, fonts), website or email copy, images or photography, and any other content you'd like us to use. Once we've received everything, we'll begin building your project.

What's included in my Done-For-You package?

Every package includes the setup, configuration, testing, quality assurance, and handover for the services listed in your chosen package. You'll also receive walkthroughs, session recordings (where applicable), and documentation so you can confidently use your new system after launch.

What isn't included in the packages?

Our packages focus on building and configuring your systems, but there are a few things you'll need to supply or arrange separately, including:

- Website, email, or funnel copywriting

- Email marketing content

- Images, photography, and graphic design assets

- Branding files (logo, colours, and fonts)

- Ongoing SEO management or technical SEO audits (basic on-page SEO is included)

If you need help sourcing any of these, we're happy to point you in the right direction.

Are AI features included?

AI-powered features such as AI Chat Widgets, Voice AI, SMS AI, and advanced AI automation workflows are available as optional add-ons rather than being included in the standard packages. This allows you to add AI capabilities when your business is ready for them.

Please note that Google Reviews AI (automatic AI-generated responses to reviews) may incur a small pay-as-you-go usage fee through GoHighLevel. This cost is separate from the review request automation included in the Magnify Full Hub package.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Absolutely. Many clients begin with a smaller setup and expand as their business grows. Your existing setup, contacts, templates, domains, and configurations carry over, so you won't need to start from scratch when upgrading to a larger package.

How long does a typical build take?

Timeframes vary depending on the package and how quickly we receive your content and approvals. Smaller setups are typically completed within a few business days, while larger Done-For-You projects generally take a few weeks. We'll provide a project timeline before work begins.

What happens after my project is finished?

Before handover, we thoroughly test everything to make sure it's working correctly. You'll receive a walkthrough of your new system, recordings of any live sessions, and documentation where applicable. If you need additional help in the future, you can always book a Tech Hour or continue receiving support through your Magnify membership.
